Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 24 Hours for order processing before delivery.

During peak seasons or custom-order periods, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if any delays occur.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wrapped by Bana is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

Due to the nature of our handmade products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Return request is submitted within 24 Hours of delivery

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at: info@wrappedbybana.com

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Delivery Costs

  • Customer pays for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 24 hours for the refund to appear in your account.
